An 8% discretionary service charge is added to food and drinks served in our restaurant and via our lounger service. The entirety of the tips will be shared amongst the Nirvana Spa food & beverage team. All discretionary service charges will be clearly itemised please let a member of the team know if you would prefer the charges are removed.
