Next up is the fruit tart—an elegant pastry filled with smooth, velvety crème pâtissière and topped with bright, seasonal berries. The delicate crunch of the pastry gives way to the creamy filling, while the burst of fresh fruit adds a burst of flavour and colour.
The hazelnut and chocolate éclair is a showstopper in itself, featuring a silky hazelnut-chocolate crème pâtissière, finished with a touch of gold leaf for a luxurious twist.
